Return & Exchange
Note: Cash refund/e-voucher will be issued for all approved returns only.
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by following these steps:

Initiate the Request: Reach out to our customer service representative with your order number, article details and concern.

Eligibility Check: Items must be tagged, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. If any undisclosed defect or damage is found, the return request will be rejected.

Send the Item: Pack the product securely and send it to our return address provided by customer service representative.

Inspection & Approval: Our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will process your request.

Refunds & Vouchers: E-voucher will be issued within 2 working days once the item is returned to our warehouse, inspected, and approved by the Quality Check team.
Approved cash refund process may take approximately 14 working days to be completed. -
Shipping Costs: The cost and responsibility for returning a product will be borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items: Untagged, used, washed, and damaged. Sale/Discounted items are not eligible for returns, but they can be exchanged only.
